Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Ecru Etudes. Every piece in my collection is handcrafted by me with deep care and premium natural materials. Because these items are unique and individual artisanal études, I have established the following policy to protect both my craft and your experience.
Returns & Exchanges
  • Eligible Items: I accept returns and exchanges on standard items within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and in the exact same pristine condition that you received it.
  • Return Shipping Costs: While I am happy to provide free shipping on your initial purchase, customers are strictly responsible for paying all shipping costs and any customs duties for returning an item. Original fulfillment expenses and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Tracking: I highly recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance, as I cannot process a refund if the returned item is lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
I personally inspect and hand-pack every single order. However, if your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at ganicheva_v@yahoo.ca with clear photos of the damaged item and its original packaging. I will gladly arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and carefully inspected, I will send you an email notification. If the item is approved in its original condition, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Handcrafted Characteristics
Please note that slight variations in fabric texture, organic seam alignment, or natural color tones are inherent to the beautiful nature of Pojagi, Boro, and hand-dyed textiles. These unique artisan characteristics are part of the artwork, are not considered manufacturing defects, and are not eligible for damage-related refunds.
