Thank you for choosing **Ecru Etudes**. Every order is carefully hand-packed by me and shipped worldwide directly from my studio in Ukraine. 

Shipping Rates & Costs
To make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, **I provide free worldwide shipping on all orders**. There are no hidden fees or extra delivery charges at checkout.

 Processing & Delivery Times
* **Order Processing:** As a solo artisan, I carefully inspect and pack every item. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–3 business days. For made-to-order pieces, please allow additional time as specified in the product description.
* **Estimated Delivery:** Standard international delivery usually takes **2 to 4 weeks**, depending on your location and customs clearance. 

Tracking Your Order
Once your package is dispatched, you will automatically receive an email confirmation containing your **tracking number**. You will be able to follow your package's journey directly to your home

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please note that international shipments may occasionally be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the package reaches your destination country. These additional charges are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
